Project Scope: The National Cycling Centre is an Olympic standard multipurpose cycling venue in Sportcity, Manchester, United Kingdom. The venue had struggled financially over many years, and Manchester City Council commissioned Ogden Entertainment/Chesterton Consulting to undertake a review of the operations of the facilities and make recommendations on how they could sustain and improve their performance in managing the venue. The outcomes lead to a closer collaboration between MCC and British Cycling and ultimately lead to the handing over management of the venue to British Cycling
