• Contributed to pre-mobilisation negotiations with the client
• Oversaw mobilisation of staffing and their integration into the venue
• Managed the first 6 concerts (Autumn 2021) which included Andreas Bocelli.  
• Managed many meetings and conferences at the venue including Aramco and the Ministry of Tourism, plus others.
• Paved the way for the arrival of the permanent General Manager
• Wrote the business plan for the future operational success of the venue
